Refund Policy
Last updated: May 3, 2026
30-day money-back guarantee
We want you to be happy with PainMap Pro. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Refunds for PainMap are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or
- Reply to your Paddle receipt and ask for a refund, or
- Contact our support team through the in-app support channel and we will help you arrange it with Paddle.
Once approved, refunds are normally credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
What happens to your subscription
When a refund is processed, your PainMap Pro access will end and your account will revert to the free plan. Your account, votes, and submissions remain intact.
Recurring subscriptions and cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page or via paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period. To request a refund of the most recent payment as well, follow the steps above within the 30-day window.
Chargebacks
Please contact us or Paddle first, we can almost always resolve issues faster than a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in suspension of your account pending investigation.
